Lumicint draws its name from two Latin words: Lumen, representing clarity and light, and Scintilla, the spark that acts as a catalyst for something greater.
Together, they represent exactly what Lumicint does: bringing clarity to complex strategic challenges and igniting the spark that drives boards and businesses forward.
I am a Technology Director and Co-Founder with over 25 years of experience in enterprise digital transformation and business growth.
As a member of the founding leadership team at a Salesforce Partner, I helped build and scale a consultancy over 15 years, culminating in a sale to a Canadian Private Equity firm in 2024. During this period, I was responsible for recruiting and developing a team of 30 professionals and managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from startups to organisations with turnovers of £100m+. We established deep specialisms in the manufacturing and education sectors, while also delivering successful outcomes across the public and non-profit sectors.
Following the acquisition, I worked with the new owners during the integration phase, contributing to board level discussions on strategic alignment and technical continuity. This provided practical experience of corporate governance and the transition process from both the founder and investor perspectives.
I now focus on two areas. I act as an independent Board Advisor and Non-Executive Director to help ambitious organisations navigate growth and technology strategy, and I provide senior Salesforce consultancy for enterprise clients who need a partner who can both advise on strategy and handle the technical delivery.
